Welcome to the Puerto Rico Water & Environment Association website! PRW&EA is a nonprofit professional organization dedicated to foster and educate about the fields of drinking and wastewater. The Water Environment Federation (WEF) and the American Water Works Association (AWWA) are represented in Puerto Rico by PRW&EA.
