Cost of Service Rate-Making Seminar

From awwa.org - To help those in the industry, American Water Works Association is proud to announce the 2015 Financial Management: Cost of Service Rate-Making Seminar in beautiful Salt Lake City, Utah, from November 18-20, 2015. This three-day course uses time-honored strategies to teach attendees how to set cost-based and defendable rates.

Seminar Speakers 

Thomas E. Gould has almost 35 years of experience in establishing cost-based rates for water, wastewater, stormwater, electric, and solid waste utilities. Tom has worked with utilities across the United States and Canada.

Todd Cristiano is the Manager of Rates Administration at Denver Water. Prior experience includes ten years as a financial consultant for municipal water, wastewater, reclaimed water, and electric and sanitation utilities across the United States. His work includes financial planningin cost-of-service analysis and rate design and development of impact fees for both utility and general government. Todd has a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tulsa and an MBA from the University of Colorado.
